It’s that time again! We’ll be holding several sessions of Divination at Gen Con Indy this August, and we need to fill those slots with some game masters.

This is a paid opportunity! At $15/hour, running just two sessions for us would almost completely cover your four-day badge.

You don’t need to have run (or even played) Divination, or have any tarot experience/knowledge, in order to submit for this opportunity. We’ll be holding training sessions through June and July and will provide all necessary materials.

Game creators Matthew and Nyx will both be in attendance, along with several members of the core Divination playtest community, and we’ll be running sessions once per day all con long:

• Thursday 9/16, 9am-1pm
• Friday 9/17, 1-5pm
• Saturday 9/18, 6-10pm
• Sunday 9/19, 8am-noon

As part of Gen Con Online, Matthew and a team of our earliest play testers played through a full session of Divination RPG, showcasing the fantastic balance of tarot mythology and true RPG mechanics that set Divination apart from anything else out there today.

If you missed the live stream, never fear – it’ll be available as video on-demand on Twitch for a couple weeks, and eventually we’ll be moving it over to YouTube and posting it on this site. For now, check it out over on Twitch! Update: The video on demand has moved to its permanent home on YouTube!

Want to know how Divination RPG works? We’ll be doing an actual play demo live on Twitch during Gen Con Online!

The stream is scheduled for Friday, July 31, at 6:00pm Central / 7:00pm Eastern and will run on project developer Nyx’s Twitch channel.

The game’s creator, Matthew, will be serving as Diviner for four of our earliest and most dedicated play-testers. This one-shot will allow you to experience the rich, Tarot-guided character creation process as well as game play.
